Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hi All, I got the possible solution to prevent the comp going into auto restart for windows xp. This software is called Auto shutdown. The link for the download is given below. But before downloading read this first! I had just finished installation of this software yesterday. Now when xp did its funny tricks and tried to randomly re-boot itself this software gave an error message-:"The operating system seems to have some conflicts and promoting itself into going into shouting down! Press ok to continue and cancel to continue working with windows!" You know the option I must have clicked and as well the problem went away. In the night time I got these flashes two or three times where my system frequently went into re-boot but now it just gives an error message! As far as likely make copies of this message two or three times so others can benefit from it! Cool! eh! Download at-: Register to see links

Rep Power: 1 ![]() | Good tip! I've another problem - if I try to shut down windows on my laptop it just reboots. The second try then works. But it's so annoying. I'm using XP sp3

Do you have Roxio Easy CD Creator or Direct CD installed in your system ?
