Anyway, to wait for 10,000 post count will take quite long time, so please can you promise you will not cancell this contest in a middle way?
I also have an idea, how about while waiting for 10,000 post, you make posting contest? With posting contest, reach 10,000 milestone will not take too long time.

This contest will not be cancelled . When we reach the 10k posts, We will complete the contest as promised. But we will never cancel it
