Windows 7 has many new services . IMO, we do not all need these new services. Many of these services will be a reason you to have a bad windows 7 performance. It's a good idea to disable these unwanted services

You can find the all windows 7 services with following the steps below

1. Click the Start Button, key in services.msc and hit Enter.
2. To stop and disable a service, just right click on a service and select Properties.
3. Then, in the properties box change the Startup type to Disabled and hit OK. The next time that you restart your computer the service will no longer be able to start.

does anybody knows a program for improving the windows 7 performance?

i prefer a free one

1. Open Windows Defender by clicking the Start button, clicking All Programs, and then clicking Windows Defender.

2. Click Tools, and then click Options.

3. Under Administrator options, select or clear the Use Windows Defender check box, and then click Save. Administrator permission required If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
